We are pleased to announce our participation in the prestigious Medlab Middle East Congress 2024. The event will be held at the Dubai World Trade Center from 5-8 February.

We inform our customers that the V 3.0 update of our 2023-2024 disposable/pre-analytical catalog is now available, available in digital version so that they can download and consult it at any time.

We are proud to announce the launch our new export product catalogue. It offers with detailed information on our rapid tests, biochemistry, turbidimetry, serology, coagulation and calibration product lines.

As you might be aware, after 35 years in Barcelona, Monlab has moved to new premises in Cornellá del Llobregat. We are certain that these up-to-date facilities and strategic location will help us to keep providing the top-quality service our clients deserve.

This makes an important difference from rapid tests based on antibody detection: the antigen detection in a respiratory sample allows to identify a likely positive result in the early stages of the disease. Depending on the patient´s viral load, this could mean from 2-3 days before the appearance of symptoms to 5-7 days afterwards.

Monlab participated in the eighth edition of  Medic West Africa in Lagos (Nigeria), last October 9th to 11th. During these days, the show gathered over 280 local and international exhibitors (including Monlab) coming from more than 25 countries.  This year, Medic West Africa has brought the latest innovations in healthcare and laboratory products.

We are pleased to present Monlab´s new export catalogue. It has been totally re-designed, translated into three languages and updated with new product launches.

In this new version we wanted to transmit all our “Passion” for our work and the laboratory sector. After 35 years serving laboratories, we keep the same enthusiasm of the first day!

Cryptosporidium parvum, Giardia lamblia and Entamoeba histolytica are three of the principal protozoo groups which cause gastro-intestinal infections.

• Cryptosporidiosis is a protozoal infection caused by Cryptosporidium parvum in human. Typically, is an acute short-term infection but can become severe and non-resolving in children and immunocompromised individuals such as aids patients. It is may also be asymptomatic. In tropical developing countries, the parasite is often endemic and causes diarrhoea epidemics among children. With immunocompetent patients, the disease manifests itself as self-healing gastroenteritis.

Monlab presents the new version of the Skanflexi® X500 reader which includes test reading and incubation. It is of great help for a rapid and automated analysis. 

It has a new test/strip placement system, which will limit contamination risk and the need of cleaning, in addition to be very user friendly.

SkanFlexi® X500 supports USB printers, barcode scanners and the ability to export results via USB flash drive or wired or wireless network connections.

It is also compatible with our entire catalogue of rapid tests, in individual/multiple cassettes and strips. 

At Monlab we are pleased to present our new one step immunochromatographic test for the simultaneous qualitative detection of Rotavirus, Adenovirus and  Norovirus (GI, GII) in human stool samples.   

Our rapid test is based on the immunological capture of colored microparticles as they pass through a membrane  with specific monoclonal antibodies against Rotavirus, Adenovirus and  Norovirus (GI, GII), in four separate lines.

We are pleased to introduce our new coagulation catalogue where you will find our new semiautomatic coagulometers MO-10 and MO-20 and a list of the available reagents.

Monlab presents a new version of its product catalog, where you will find  our innovations in biochemistry and rapid tests.
